These terms govern your use of Appmiro (the "site"). By visiting or using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What this service is

Appmiro publishes information about Android apps and games: descriptions, editorial notes, and metadata such as version, size, rating and install count, together with links to the apps' official store listings. The site is provided free of charge, without accounts and without registration.

We do not host, sell, distribute or license any application. Every download link leads to a third-party store, and any installation happens under that store's own terms.

2. Intellectual property

App and game names, logos, icons, screenshots and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They appear on this site solely to identify and describe the software we write about, and their presence implies no affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from their owners.

The text, layout, design and organisation of this site are our own work. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link, but you may not copy the site or substantial parts of it, or republish our content as your own.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use automated systems to scrape, copy or overload the site; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it; interfere with its normal operation; misrepresent the site or its content; or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict access where use of the site threatens its availability or integrity.

4. Third-party links and stores

The site links to third parties, most importantly to official app stores. We do not control those services, and we are not responsible for their content, their terms, their pricing or their privacy practices. Once you leave this site, the terms of the service you arrive at apply.

5. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep information accurate, but app listings change constantly and our catalogue is not updated in real time. Information on this site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, from information found here, or from any app you obtain through a third-party store — including loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to any device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Advertising

The site carries advertising served by third parties. Advertisements are separated from editorial content and do not influence what we list or write. How advertising cookies work is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, write to sup@appmiro.com with enough detail to identify the material and your authority to act, and we will review and act promptly. See also our Disclaimer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The version published on this page is the one in force, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
